Faculty Development Programme

 

Development of any institute is synonymous to the development of its faculty and the staff. Hence development of faculty and the institute is interdependant.

In view of the above institute has specially designed Faculty Development Programme(FDP) for faculty, researchers and industrial organizations for their management education requirements. Since the first course offered in 2001, the programme has been continuously modified and restructured to address new developmental needs of management educators. This programme is a modified version of earlier programmes . This has been modified keeping in view the need of the hour in the management market.

It is a forum where educators are provided an opportunity to enhance their knowledge in the area of expertise they posses and in addition lectures delivered to them on latest academic practices in the field of management open up new vistas of research for them .A large number of sponsored participants also enhance their skills and update their knowledge.
